Before the truck, Grant Francisco spent nearly a decade as a chef on yachts in the Caribbean — where every plate had to be perfect, every single time, for people who expected exactly that.

In 2022, Grant and Stephanie brought that standard home to West Michigan and put it on wheels: proper smash burgers, house-made sauces, and beach vibes wherever the truck parks.

Today Dune Buggy is one of Grand Rapids' most in-demand trucks — regulars chase the monthly menu drops, and events book out months in advance.
